The 3rd District of New Jersey which was touted as a national hotbed election this year started out hot; but not in the way the Democrats and Republicans expected. "NJWeedman"
TO THE PRESS and the PUBLIC;
Traditionally it's been the Republicans who've been accused of disenfranchising voters by democrats. Hypocritically in the 3rd district its become a bi-partisan effort. If anyone wants to see how bi-partisanship can work just look at how the "Democrats and Republicans" are equally attempting to protect its candidates from me (NJWeedman) the Congressional candidate of The Legalize Marijuana Party for 3rd district by disenfranchising voters in a bi-partisan effort.
On June 9th The Democratic Party Committee challenged my ballot petitions to protect its "unknown" candidate, not only from my superior name recognition and popular political issue. (Legalizing Marijuana) But from my personal firsthand criticism of the BurlCo freeholders in the "neglect" deaths at the Burlington County jail this winter. The Burlington County Freeholders board is split between 2 democrats and 3 republicans. Both the Republicans and the Democrats are responsible for the operation of the jail.
Ms Belgard is a democrat on the board. Ms Belgard is now the democratic 3rd district candidate for Congress. As a Burlington County freeholder in charge of the Burlington county jail; thus she is open to scrutiny on the jail death scandals.
I was in the jail this winter on a "unconstitutional" marijuana prosecution that I'm still appealing. The Prosecution called me a Charlatan, the Judge said I was playing my healthcare like a Stradivarius. I am a "medical marijuana using bone cancer patient" and have been since 2000. I was throw in Ms Belgrad jail for a plant, my medicne. While in Ms Belgrad's Jail I witnessed the dismal operation of the Burlington county jail first hand. I wrote the freeholders from jail, I also wrote federal Judge Irenas about the jail conditions and personally gave information to the Trenton Office of the Federal Bureau of Investigations about jail conditions. Upon being released I contacted internet press,the areas press and informed them all of the jail neglect and the deaths that were occurring - the Freeholders office didn't respond to my jailhouse letters or the email, and Facebook postings on the county Facebook page after I was released. (They were deleted) like the Democratics now want me deleted from the ballot.
The press did respond and did numerous articles. The Trentonian and Philadelphia Inquirer launched independent medical investigations, inquiries and “OPRA” Open Public Records Act requests. Two nationally known doctors were given the medical records of the dead BurlCo Jail inmates-
- Dr. Posluszny is a Board Certified Cardiologist with the McAllen Heart Hospital in McAllen, Texas. ( THE TRENTONIAN - 5/4/14)
- Samir Saba, director of cardiac electrophysiology at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. ( Philadelphia Inquirer - 5/19/14 )
Both opinions differed from the claim of Republican Burlington County Prosecutor Bernardi and the County Freeholders board which still insist these inmates died of natural causes. Despite the clear evidence that deaths occurred due to "neglect" the Burlington County Prosecutors Office and the Burlington county freeholder’s office, to which Ms Belgard is a member, insists the deaths were natural. And have done nothing, no firings, no public reports of change – nothing but “cover-up statements” that these inmates died of natural causes. (NOBODY EXCEPT THOSE WITH SELF-SERVING INTEREST BELIEVE THAT) An ethics grievance that was filed by Dr. Steven Fenichel, of Ocean City, against Burlington County Prosecutor Robert Bernardi. The grievance alleges that Bernardi “engaged in unethical behavior in the handling of his investigation into the deaths” of inmates Taylor and Iozzia.
The freeholders office/burlco jail have refused to comply with these open record requests from the press and have attempted to sweep these deaths under the rug as "naturally occurring". I believe the Freeholder Board members and Republican Burlington County Prosecutor Bernardi have blood on their hands and I want the public to be aware of this. “there is a culture of abuse and neglect in the Burlington County Jail,” and that Bernardi and the Freeholders Board are ultimately “responsible by his misrepresentation of these deaths as being due to ‘natural causes’ and thus not holding involved personnel at the prison accountable.” Ms Belgard should be ashamed to be standing by with blood on her hands instead of bothering to remove me from the ballot she should have ordered a independant investigation into the jail deaths.
I had planned as part of my campaign to put a spotlight on the Freeholders Board and thus Mrs. Belgrad’s non-roll in this jail scandal. In trying to stop me from linking its candidate The Democrats improperly "faxed" a challenge to my petitions after the deadline, instead of ""filing" it as required by TITLE 19, timely.
In a political alliance to this improper attempt to remove me from the ballot which has now landed us in court; where I have no intention of capitulating. The Republican Lt Gov in her capacity as secretary of elections allowed the improperly & late faxed challenge to proceed and endorsed the removal of numerous legal voters from my petition. It's no secret that this republican administration is totally opposed to the legalization of marijuana and I am the face of legalization in Burlington county, if not the entire state as the founder of the Legalize Marijuana Party.
Equally unknown in the 3rd district is The republican candidate Tom Macarthur who is a “carpetbagger” from up north, who has no connection to Burlington County and has even less name recognition than the democrat candidate!
The Democrats and Republicans are bi-partisanly disenfranchising voters in the 3rd district to keep me the (most well known) candidate, Edward Forchion of the Legalize Marijuana Party off the ballot. I personally think istead of the Republican LT Gov and the Democratic Party Committee hiring teams of lawyers to have me "illegally" removed from the NOV Ballot, they should have hired a independant investors or the Attorney Generals Office to investigate the "neglect murders" of two Burlington County Jail inmates.
