On March 21^st 2019 I will begin openly selling weed like the white guys #sellweedlikeimwhite to protest SB2703’s passage into law. I expect to be arrested…I expect to be prosecuted and I look forward to it. My goal will be to public make a “FARCE & MOCKERY” of this racist scheme.

SWAPPING OUT RACIST PROHIBITION for RACIST LEGALIZATION

For the last 21 years I’ve openly advocated legalization in New Jersey. I always viewed the war on pot as a racist war on people of color and viewed my advocation as a civil rights protest on many levels. Now as legalization arrives..it too is just as racist as the prohibition i spoke out against. – This bill makes me wish i had never risked my freedom to speak out for legalization. I didn’t think 20 years ago I was advocating for rich white men to become legal while the state continued to arrest and prosecute blackmen for the same thing.I was advocating for  ALL, especially black/brown men who were being victimed by racist prohibition.

This bill (2703) does nothing for those victimized by the current racist prohibition for providing marijuana to the state’s ½ a million potheads for decades as the state enforced a racist prohibition. Now is swapping that out for racist legalization. This pending law NOW EXCLUDES “US” (US = minorities, current black-marketeers, poor dealers), all of those arrested for Marijuana distribution or for having more than 50grams. None of us are eligible to participate in this newly created Government industry. A marijuana monopoly created with bribery; to make the laws reflect what the cannabaggers want…. “No home grow, no felons, no experienced marijuana dealers”. – I refuse to capitulate or comply.

The White Politicians of the State of New Jersey have been bribed into creating an exclusionary legalization bill SB2703 that is also in violation of federal law it fraudulently purports to “legalize marihuana” for a few rich white “cannabaggers” in New Jersey. Which isn’t so…( Marihuana is always illegal per the federal laws which trump state laws. ) The rest of “us” without the illegal protection of state officials will still get prison time for the exact same thing – “selling/growing /distributing weed in violation of federal law”.

Equally, this is a clear and predictable “dejure discriminatory” law. While I can’t stop it from being enacted, instead of cheering its passage I will begin selling weed openly with the clear and intentional purpose to get arrested and invite prosecution. Hopefully by the sorry ass’s in the Mercer County Prosecutors Office – AGAIN.

With my protest “selling weed like I’m white” I want to make a public “MOCKERY” of this shame legalization scheme of Senator Scutari and Sweeney’s. I want the public spectacle of me a Blackman AGAIN being arrested and prosecuted by white authorities as they line up to make millions doing the same thing I will be prosecuted for ….. (Rosa Parks protested being forced to sit in the back of the bus; my protest is for not being allowed on the canna-BUS.)

For decades blackmen who were the backbone of the black-market in New Jersey has provided EVERYONE in the state with marihuana. Everyone has an illegal Weedman. The Doctors, lawyers, politicians and everyday Joe’s who currently smoke weed all bought it from an illegal WEEDMAN. Besides the 40 thousand medical marijuana patients buying from the States ATC – (Alternative Treatment Centers) everyone else currently and for the last 50 years have bought weed illegally from a WEEDMAN. Now with passage of SB2703 the state’s politicians attempt to steal it for themselves, rename it the “cannabis industry”, exclude those who now provide 100% of the marijuana to the state, continue to outlaw us, continue to punish us with criminal records and we are supposed to do STOP SELLING OUR WARES and PATRONIZE the new WHITE-MARKET.

Besides calling for of these Caucasian Cannabis Corporations #boycottCCC’s I’m openly seeking to make a “mockery of the shitsystem”. The states politicians have decided to create a new white market that doesn’t include the current black-marketeers and I refuse to capitulate or comply. The state is breaking federal law, why should I comply with FAKE state law that pretends to be legal as it violates federal law.

For decades when a NJ women needed a Joint for her menstrual pains she called her Weedman, when someone couldn’t get to sleep they called their Weedman, when someone was in constant pain and needing some relieve they called their Weedman…..instead of punching your neighbor you called the Weedman and smoked a illegal joint and chilled out.

Now Senator Scutari, Senator Sweeney and the Gov. are selling our industry to rich white guys and continuing to illegalize us, my message to these Senators “get 12”. Get 12 jurors, I will not take a plea, I will represent myself and present these laws as unenforceable with a blatant JURY NULLIFICATION verdict. #NJcantget12

Although a final bill continues to be tweaked, here is what the proposal would mean for New Jersey:

•  Marijuana would be legal for medical or recreational use for adults only.
•  (NO it doesn’t, marihuana is still illegal per the federal Govt)
•  Adults would only be allowed to purchase “limited amounts” for personal use. 
• ( It is a violation for anyone in America to posses marijuana – Title 21 of the federal code)
•  A tax of $42 an ounce would be imposed on marijuana when it is cultivated. 
• ( The state plans to tax something that is federally illegal? – Is that legal?)
•  A 1 percent tax on marijuana wholesales would be collected by or paid to municipalities where the wholesalers are located. 
• (ditto)
•  A 2 percent tax on marijuana cultivation or manufacturing would be collected by or paid to municipalities where the manufacturers are located. 
• (ditto)
•  A 3 percent tax on marijuana sales would be collected by or paid to municipalities where retailers are located. 
• (ditto)
•  The marijuana industry would be regulated by a five-member Cannabis Regulatory Commission appointed by the governor. Three members would be appointed by the governor without Senate approval while two would be appointed by the governor with the recommendations of the Assembly speaker and Senate president. 
• ( I believe this commission and its members could be subject to a Federal R.I.C.O. indictment – yet they plan on banning me for the same illegal actions they are planning)
•  Expungement for past misdemeanor marijuana convictions would be expedited. This would prevent low-level marijuana offenses from being considered in education, housing and occupational licensing. 
•  (EXPUNGEMENTS FOR SIMPLE POSSESION BUT NOT FOR THOSE WHO PROVIDED WEED TO MILLIONS FOR DECADES)
• Several provisions would “ensure broad-based participation in the industry for Minority and Women-Owned Business Enterprises … low- and middle-income individuals, and disadvantaged communities across the state,” lawmakers said in a news release Tuesday. (BULLSHIT – REMOVE THE FELONY BAN, and 100,000 experienced marijuana minorities would dominate the market…. thus the white politicians have purposely EXCLUDED US…. all of US aren’t fooled…. I’m not and I will not comply with this open racist scheme to exclude)
