Senators Scutari/Sweeny are conniving to create this WHITE-MARKET. They are attempting to divide up the decades old “black market marijuana industry” and by creating a “white-market”; renaming it the “CANNABIS INDUSTRY” These politicians are literally acting like we (black/brown men) are the native Americans of centuries past – like we aren’t here either???? (It’s “THE COLUMBUSIZATION” of the marijuana industry). Scutari is creating this like we aren’t here, like we have not supplied the states millions of pot smokers with weed for decades. –

TRIAL TACTICS
I’ve been encouraging all black marketers “TO SELL LIKE YOUR WHITE” and if YOU are arrested to (1) DEMAND a JURY TRIAL (2) delay for at least two years and (3) argue violation “equal protection” to your Jury – Say to your jury your being prosecuted because your not a rich white guy protected by Politicians for doing the same thing. #JURYNULLIFICATION – #NJcantget12.
I suggest you argue that the law is racist (de jure discriminatory) flies in the face of the principles this country was founded on “equal protection of the law”. Scutari and Sweeney are writing a law (SB2703) that protects these “privileged” individuals to sell, grow and distribute marijuana in New Jersey with protection from federal prosecution but continue to prosecute those not privileged (THE BLACK-MARKET) to be arrested and prosecuted under state law. I didn’t have that in California or I’d still be in business there.
White politicians are writing this law to exclude “US” creating requirements, corporate red tape, and bureaucratic bullshit to ensure that only rich white guys who have paid off Senator Scutari and Sweeney run this new monopoly of marijuana – CCC’s. We can continue to sell weed just like we been doing for decades, let them create their WHITE BREAD corporate models…we want to continue to sell like we do and have bodega/ Mom & pop style shops…I don’t want to buy weed from “THEODORE” I’m kool buying weed for Hassan from the hood.
